PREMIUM FRENCH WINES SELECTION

We select the grapes following grape variety, soil, and maturity.

Soil: Clay-limestone

Alcohol degree: 12,5%

Grape varieties: 100% Merlot

The winemaking: Traditional Bordeaux winemaking. Destemming and crushing of the grapes. Long maceration of 21 days. Maceration and alcoholic fermentation at 28°C. Aged 9 months in oak barrels.

Tasting notes:

Color: Purple red.

Nose: Candied cherries , sour cherries.

Very expressive notes of fruits.

First come the fruit, then the wood.

Oriental Mild Spices.

Mouth: Very harmonious.

Beautiful sweetness, round wineo.

Harmonious from the attack to the final.

Silky and soft tannins.

Easy to drink.

Service: Serve at 16-18°C. Goes well with red meats and cheese.
