Grape varieties: 80% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon
The winemaking:Traditional Bordeaux winemaking. Destemming and crushing of the grapes. Long maceration of 21 days. Maceration and alcoholic fermentation at 28°C. Aged 10 months in oak barrels.
Tasting notes:
Color:Purple robe with violine touch.
Nose:Intense notes of crushed strawberries.
Notes of vanilla and chocolate with light toasted nuances.
Mouth:Good ample attack.
Wine endowed with good sweetness.
A very fresh and acidulous finale.
Good soft tannins, with beautiful aromatic nuances.
Service:Serve at 16-18°C. Goes well with red meats and cheese.
