PREMIUM FRENCH WINES SELECTION

We select the grapes following grape variety, soil, and maturity.

Alcohol degree: 12,5%.

Grape varieties: 90% Black Grenache, 10% Syrah.

Soil: Limestone, sandstone and pebbles.

Winemaking Process: Traditional winemaking with maceration in stainless-steel temperature controlled tanks. Aged in tank. Bottled in the region of production.

Domaine des Frères Gilles is in charge of bottling this wine. The company was created in 1970. All the work, from vine growing to winemaking is taking care of by the family and year after year, they managed to expand their vineyards that represent 100 hectares nowadays.

Tasting notes: A deep red wine, flavour a bit stronger than VDF wine. A dominant smell of blackberries paired with red berries. A wine easy to drink with light spicy tannins.

Service: To be drank young and is best served with red meat, barbecue and cheese platter. Temperature of service: between 14° and 16°C.
