PREMIUM FRENCH WINES SELECTION

We select the grapes following grape variety, soil, and maturity.

Alcohol degree: 12%.

Grape varieties: 80% white Grenache and 20% Ugni Blanc.

Soil: Limestone, sandstone and pebbles.

Winemaking process: The grapes are picked when they are ripe, usually as determined by taste and sugar content. Then, they are quickly crush and press the grapes in order to separate the juice from the skins, seeds, and solids. This is to prevent unwanted color and tannins from leaching into the wine. Then the fermentation will take place in temperature-controlled tanks.

Domaine des Frères Gilles is in charge of bottling this wine. The company was created in 1970. All the work, from vine growing to winemaking is taking care of by the family and year after year, they managed to expand their vineyards that represent 100 hectares nowadays.

Tasting notes: Slightly sweet, charming and easy to drink. This white wine has subtle green apple and peach flavour, making it taste suppler.

Service: Best served with cheese platter and desserts. Temperature of service: between 11° and 14°C.
