PREMIUM FRENCH WINES SELECTION

Area: Bordeaux Protected Designation of Origin (AOC) is one of the largest designation located in the Southwest of France, running along the Atlantic coast and also the Dordogne and Garonne river. Those conditions create the perfect temperate environment to grow grapes. Thanks to traditional process as well as the use of high-end technologies, winegrowers are able to produce high quality wines. The proximity of the river as well as the quality of the soils gave birth to an unique terroir, resulting in wines with rich flavour and personality.

Grape varieties: 80% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Soil: A mix of clay, siliceous and limestone.

Winemaking process: Traditional Bordeaux winemaking with maceration in stainless-steel temperature controlled tanks. Aged in tank. Bottled in the region of production.

Tasting notes: A wine with a fruity nose, a soft and cherry taste.

Service: To be served with barbecue, red meat and cheese platter. Temperature of service: between 16 to 18 ° C.
