Area: Bordeaux Superieur Protected Designation of Origin (AOC) is one of the largest designation located in the Southwest of France, running along the Atlantic coast and also the Dordogne and Garonne river. Those conditions create the perfect temperate environment to grow grapes. Thanks to traditional process as well as the use of high-end technologies, winegrowers are able to produce high quality wines. The proximity of the river as well as the quality of the soils gave birth to an unique terroir, resulting in wines with rich flavour and personality. Bordeaux Supérieur OEM come from grapes grown on top of the hills, giving the vines more light and more complex aroma.

Grape varieties: 80% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Soil: a mix of clay, siliceous and limestone located on top of the hills.

Winemaking process: Traditional Bordeaux winemaking with maceration in stainless-steel temperature controlled tanks. Aged in tank. Bottled in the region of production.

Tasting notes: An elegant garnet-red color, with very fruity aromas. A smooth wine, very pleasant to drink with a good length.

Service: To be served with barbecue, red meat as well as cheese platter. Temperature of service: between 16° and 18°C.
