PREMIUM FRENCH WINES SELECTION

Area: Bordeaux Superieur Protected Designation of Origin (AOC) is one of Bordeaux designation, located in the Southwest of France, running along the Atlantic coast and also the Dordogne and Garonne river. Those conditions create the perfect temperate environment to grow grapes. Thanks to traditional process as well as the use of high-end technologies, winegrowers are able to produce high quality wines. The proximity of the river as well as the quality of the soils gave birth to an unique terroir, resulting in wines with rich flavour and personality. The vineyard is located in St Antoine du Queyret village and is owned by Comin Familly.

Grape varieties: 45% Merlot, 35%Cabernet Sauvignon and 20%Cabernet Franc.

Soil: Deep clay.

Winemaking process: Traditional Bordeaux winemaking with maceration in stainless-steel temperature controlled tanks. Aged in tank. Bottled in the region of production.

Tasting notes:

Service: To be served with red meat and cheese platter. Temperature of service: between 17° and 18°C.
